I've grown pretty much immune to those effects of caffeine. I usually have at least a pot from the time I get home from work and bedtime. I sleep fine.

I need to figure out how to get my books off the computer onto my Kindle.. I thought I had, but I don't

I have enough problems sleeping as it is. Caffeine would definitely not help me.
