Just made a bunch of customers mad at Grainger when I went and got my own will call order off of the shelf.

there was a line of people at the will call counter. I walked up picked my order paperwork out of the stack, went to the wall of cubbyholes and got my order. Signed the paperwork put it in the completed stack and walked out to a bunch of dirty looks. I have done it before when they aren't busy and the crew a Grainger doesn't mind one bit. saves them work. the looks on the faces of the people standing in line was a different story.
