Anyone know anything about East German Mak 9x18???

A relative has one he claims he hasn't fired in 10 years. Has holster & 2 mags. Wants $200 for it. Deal or No deal???? I know nothing about them.

For 200 bucks, it is a deal. East German is the 2nd most preferred Mak (only to Russians).
