I have to track it all on MyPlate - Food Diary & Food Calorie Counter | LIVESTRONG.COM

then my dietitian logs in once a week and tells me where I need to improve in my eating.

Only when I eat at a "all you can eat buffet" type of restaurant in the US.
I usually get too much pie and cake and cookies at the end.

At my family pitch in functions we usually have 3 or 4 entrees and side dishes along with about 80 desserts. Are you sure you're not a long lost relative of mine?

I like some of them. I've found some pretty nasty ones, but a few of them are pretty awesome. I'm not exactly a gourmet though, so I'm not super picky.
