    Workout is going good. The trainer is brutal..But It's getting better. the knowledge on how to use the machines and best way to use them. along with other exercises is invaluable.
    That's true! Believe it or not, when I was in highschool I was in the weight room 5 days a week and on the power lifting team.

    I did that before high school. I think that's what made me successful at lifting.

    Makes you lift fast, you want that job over with ASAP!!!!

    I'll never forget. Once I was driving the small tractor (International 606) pulling the manure spreader after cleaning the barn. My step brother came running out of the house to tell me something at the same time I hit the PTO to start the spreader. Crap went flying out the back and a big clump hit him square in the face. I almost fell off of the tractor.:laugh::laugh:
