My company is putting some new policies in place that are running off customers. This week I have lost two for sure, lost one maybe and salvaged one today.

Yep, but I have seen it happen before. And I just saw it again today. Sometimes you get management that doesn't understand sales. You can't do sales just like you do accounting. Won't work.
