When I make home made Pizza I use a pound of hamburger a pound of bacon, a little more than a pound of cheese, one large can of mushrooms and three bags of pizza dough per pizza and they are good!!!

I have a no fish and fungus policy for my pizza. I like both just not on my pizza. The rest of your recipe sounds good.
