    Good for my soul usually means it goes straight to my butt...:(
    Let's see I came home from the photo shoot starved and had an apple (that wasn't so bad) and a bunch of doritos (those are bad). Then went to do my farm chores at 9:00 at night, came in for a bit while the feeders run and had M&M's and pretzel sticks. Yep pretty much, good for the souls means my butt will grow. :(
