plain as day wrote it down he was fired for being a disabled veteran.... I suppose you can do that if you want to pay lots of money to the victim

Probably fired. The health club industry is famous for turnover.

The employer is still on the hook though. There needs to be consequences for bad hires and he sounds like a bad one.

I have had one friend who just had a bilateral mastectomy a little over a week ago because of breast cancer, now another friend says she is going in for a lymph node biopsy today.. it's to much
