How many people you planning on feeding? Is that the only meat? They say 1/4 to 1/3 lb per person, with some eating more than one sandwich. So to answer your question

Done!! I will bring a bag of Pulled Pork down with me! and it's no trouble what so ever! We have it frozen in the freezer so it will make the trip just fine!! And it is some really good stuff too!
