I had a guest come down and bit** because HE made the wrong reservation and does not like the way our hotel works. We're not "quality" for our price.

WoW!! Some people! I thought your guys Hotel was very nice!! I think it was about the cleanest rooms I have ever seen! Plus the beds are great!! I'm just sorry I missed out on the free TV,

Thank you! The thing is, most of the time people complain it's because they're trying to get something for free. We very rarely have legit complaints.
