    She must be slacking. My wifes dogs always dig the squeeky thing out of the toy pretty quickly.

    That and tearing the outer coating off tennis balls, that doesn't last long either.

    I thought of you the other night MrsG, I parked at Kroger next to a guy in a Toyota pickup, when the guy started walking in the store, his dog in the truck started howling!! I looked and it was a Basset Hound.

    I love my bassets

    They have a unique howl.
    that they do. With work you can get them singing very well with their howl
