I thought of something that would make it much easier for people to find it, just look for paragon lake! I'm sure it shows on most if not all maps, that's where PCC is.

Out of three diffrent online maps i tried to find it on Google was the only one that took me rite to it!

Depends how fancy they want it and what they'd want to pay for it.

It could be pretty fancy though and easily updatable. That guy's not a web DESIGNER though, so graphics/pictures being supplied would be best.
