I always use this - Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing

and then just upload it again.

Thanks I'll try that. I've been looking for something to edit photo's for awhile now. I use to use Picnik but they took it down.

pdf is an image file. But its usually text documents. It's confusing.
