As a Momma/Granny I meant becareful and don't get yourself hurt badly. You know broke arm, dislocated shoulder, broken ankle, hurt your neck...serious head injury. I'm not talking about little bumps and bruises you can play through...that's part of life. We Momma's/Granny's just don't want to see ya hurt bad.
