3-12h days with 15min transit time, beats 4-10h days with 1h transit times. Plus, third shift is horrible when you have toddlers.

I've hated it for a while, but felt compelled to stay on this case til the patient passes away....fast forward to this Sunday night; and come to find out the caregiiver changed agencies and expected me to change and take a paycut. LOL

Worked out great for me thankfully.
