Got another call from AT$T techies todays. It seems that they and the web based chat "tech" people arent on the same page. hell they arent even in the same book.

Anyway, a tech is scheduled to come out monday morning. I hope its the guy I know and we'll do a little shooting too.

Up until about 2 years ago I could call AT$T friend and he would happen to stop by and fix whatever needed to be fixed or get it fixed for me. Now he cant even take a leak without having to fill out paper work and account for his time.
