I am closing on a house & 2 lots I have had for sale forever on Friday.

There are several cans of 1/2 used paint in the out building/garage. The building will be bulldozed later this week because it stradles the property line.

Since the trash pick up will not allow 1/2 cans of paint to be thrown in the garbage, I thought I would just open them up, throw the liquid paint on the walls & concrete floors and then throw away the empty paint cans????

The garage will be bulldozed and carried away in a large dumpster, who cares if there are 5 or 6 diff colors of paint on the inside walls/

Am I missing a problem here?????

Heck why don't ya smash the empty cans and leave them in the building too?

Can you believe that my Ex wanted me to go clean out the garage and sweep the floors before closing on the lot? It will be bulldozed the next day. It has a bunch of old lumber/trim & vinyl siding in it now.

She wanted me to clean it out because " that lumber & trim stored in the garage has old nails sticking out of it"

What, she didn't think that the walls & roof had nails in it????:D
