    I considered shipping it to myself, but :dunno:

    As long as it's in your checked bag and not your carry-on bag you shouldn't have any problems.
    I always travel with a bunch of knives without problem.
    Just make sure that you dont see it right away when you open your bag or suitcase in case the TSA people get curious.
