Dont you love it when you get a work email explaining a new procedure and they say if you have any questions email us and we'll help you out and you email them and dont hear back from them? That was 2 and half days ago. I think they never expected someone to ask them a question.
Apparently I did it wrong because they wouldnt answer my email. All I was told was to read the instructions and do it the right way. I did and it was still wrong. The instructions are wrong and I told her so. She aint happy with me and I aint happy with her. I call it a wash
