    Way Up North!!
    I get up around 6:30 and go for a walk most mornings now. This is a recent thing since I have started trying to loose weight. Get up early go for a 20 minute walk and get the metabolism going.

    Eating really small meals/snacks every 2 - 3 hours gets the metabolism going too. :thumbsup:



    I ate my metabolism!! now I don't have one anymore!! :D
