    Nope. The only way it is different is based on weight and metabolism. Neither of those have anything to do with sex. A man and a woman that weigh the same will average the same amount of calories per units of energy exerted.

    I've actually done the research on my own with the help of my doctor. I don't need an article that is written to make people believe something and give excuses to tell me how it works. Lol

    I've used every excuse in the book. You're not gonna get this one by me.

    Your own article says its mental, not physical. Do you know how many 50kcals it takes to lose one pound? That's the "metabolic rate" at which men are higher. It would literally take over ONE YEAR to lose a single pound at that rate.

    Again, the article says watch your calories and you will lose weight.

    Well I did that and it didnt work. So, blah I have lost 20 lb March but not because of that.
