Rayne, what kind of rifle was you shooting>???

For the Appleseed I used a ruger 10/22 with a ncstar scope. For the know distance shooting I was using my hubby's 22-250.

I hit the watermelon with tanerite in it but it just blew the tanerite container in the air. Still it was awesome to ring steel at that distance and my scope wasn't right because I had limited ammo to work with so I didn't take much time zeroing it in. At least that's my excuse for all the low shots and I'm sticking to it. :D

    In a garage
I learned something new the other day.

We have a bad geese problem on the lake, especially on the waterfront where our pier and boats are. Goose crap where people walk in the grass and on the piers. We have put out strobe lights to keep them from nesting at night but that didn't deter them during the day. A few weeks ago a pair of white swans moved in and the geese slowly left. I haven't seen a goose in about a week.

From what I have learned, Swans don't like geese, will attack them and even try to drown geese.
