    Whew.

    Just had to rig a tool to pop open a guest door when the person inside wouldn't respond to their family outside. Last time I had to do that the person inside had committed suicide. :eek:

    So far that doesn't appear to be the case here. We'll know for sure when the family comes back out of the room.

    Certainly.

    But in this case there was an unresponsive guest in the room and he had thrown the backup lock.
