Thanks guys! Now I just have to deal with being short a vehicle until I find the one I want. Its kinda funny. I went days with almost no interest at all. Now that I've accepted a deposit, I've got 2 or 3 other people saying they have cash in hand. 
I have to keep my word of course, but at least I have people to call if the sale falls through. I can't see someone giving me a non-refundable deposit and then walking away though.
