well unless we get someone worse.

I had a neighbor who played drums in a garage that wasn't insulated or sound proofed!

She left and now a retired couple moved in! They are much quieter.

heavy trash doesn't come for 3 weeks. they said the landlord told them that he would haul it off. I'll give him through next weekend and then I am calling the city. That picture was taken last night and there was more out there this morning!!

You are more patient that I. I would give them a couple of days, and then start the calls. I had one that did that, and I called every day for two weeks before someone cleaned up the mess. Good luck.
