You should have sold them yours! :D

What family doesn't need a buggy? Or a work truck?

Nah, they need a car for commuting that will get better mileage than my old truck. The buggy gets good mileage but those winter commutes can be a little rough.

What kinda mileage does the buggy get? And I know it's street legal, but how about the interstates?

Sara's mom got me a new shirt. I like it a lot. Fits well and is yellow. I look good in yellow, it contrasts with my skin, eyes and hair.

Sorry about that. I got busy. I've never really tracked the exact mileage in the buggy but I know its over 30 and maybe even higher because its so light. It is 100% highway legal but I personally wouldn't recommend it. The handling is fine at those speeds but its extremely loud and windy. Also the VW bus trans-axle that it has is geared low for off road. You really have to wind it up tight to hit 70mph. They make aftermarket trans-axles with different gearing but they're pretty pricey. If the current trans-axle had an extra gear that was an overdrive, I'd bet it would get well over 40mpg highway.

Gotta get something for dinner and then get the yard mowed. :noway: Been gone since yesterday morning and the worthless Cat's didn't mow the yard like I told them too.
