Heck, Batesville is very safe, but I carry most of the time. I lived near Palm Bay Florida when that nutjob walked into Kroger and started shooting people at random in the middle of an afternoon (1990 or 91). Killed something like 8 to 10 people just shopping for groceries. Since then I always try to keep one close by.

Honestly, I would not expect you or any other Pdub to jump in and protect me. You have to take care of yourself and your family first.

Didn't you just tell me a couple weeks ago how bad the area around fed ex is? Mindset is not very far from there at all. Same "area" actually.

And I would still rather walk alone at night unarmed in either of those areas than the Garfield park area.
