Yesterday my son learned an interesting lesson he won't soon forget. He was playing around with a small can of OC spray that my wife keeps on her keychain. He didn't actually spray any of it but he was fingering all over it. He's been warned by me about this before. Suddenly he started wincing and desperately trying to hide his pain on the drive home last night because he had rubbed his eyes with those same fingers. I felt bad for him but somehow I couldn't stop myself from chuckling a bit. Some lessons just have to be learned the hard way I guess. I know I've had my share.
