I've got a 18.5 foot fish/ski boat w/150 Mercury. Two tubes, skis and all the fun stuff too. The only problem I see is the attire one wears while enjoying these activities.

This map shows our pier! If you go to the point and then follow the lake front north ours is the peir in the middle of the map! It has two boats on the main pier and an empty L shape off the bottom!
