    Thanks buddy, it means a lot to me. :)

    I do have the US constitution on my desk (and read it) here in France and I schooled a few American friends about their rights a couple of times (right to bear arms and others), also about US history.
    And I celebrate the 4th of July. :patriot:
    It's true.. Also, everyone likes to bring up that the French would be speaking German without the Americans... They forget that without the French, we would still be singing "God Save The Queen".

    I mean... they sort of just came at the end. We were already doing pretty well on our own. :dunno: I think they just helped end it a lot sooner. They definitely helped, but I'm not sure I'd say without them we'd be singing "God Save the Queen". That might be a bit of a stretch

    Who do you think cut off the sea lanes and kept the British from flooding the coast with EVEN MORE troops. There French did a lot more for that war than most Americans are willing to give them credit for.. Ya know, because they're a bunch of panzies. :D

    France shipped rifles to fight the British before even sending troops.
    That kinda helped too.
