    Peanut butter & honey has to be better for you. None of the artificial ingredients or sweeteners that you have in Marsh-mellow.
    Depends on the honey.. Most of the honey you buy at the store is terrible for you. I get my honey from a guy I go to lodge with. He is retired from Allison and has been a bee keeper for 30 years. Completely natural honey. Real honey you can taste differences in what the bees have been "eating". I got some last year that the bees had gotten into some peppers. Weird.

    A lot of people say that a tablespoon of honey a day will GREATLY improve your immune system. It's because of all the things the bees get into throughout the day. :D
