Well, we will be shut down for the month of July. Also, I'm only required to work every third weekend. The rest of the time I choose to.

Do they make you use your vacation during shutdown or do you still have vacation days after the shutdown?

Worked at a plant that use to make their people use their vacations during shut down times or they wouldnt get unemployment

We can take vacation if we want. There is always stuff to do During shutdown. We have training classes And other meetings.

I worked for 1 plant that use to shut down for 3 months june,july,, august. They use to run anouther product for those 3 months and you had a choose to work it or take it off ,i use to take it off ,loved it -having the summer off
