    Very true... I try not to attend any training that teaches "theory" like that. IT seems that 90% of it tends to be b.s. :twocents:

    I prefer training that you actually test theory and see how well it holds up.

    Yep. My son's TKD school had a free Mother's Day self defense class (couple hours but it was free so why not?)...there were VERY few ladies actually willing to HIT even the dummy, much less a padded 6'5" black belt :rolleyes: I beat on him :D....hard :rockwoot: Every so often they'd decide to offer a free family month...yep, guess who was taking those classes...:dunno:
