    Nothings, I didnt even play softball this week. My knees are just shot. I did hurt it again a few weeks ago hopping out of the ambulance, but that shouldnt be the problem.


    When I tore the cartilage in my right knee that same thing would happen, it got to the point where they were draining about 2800 cc's of blood and water out of my knee every other week!! that is when they decided to take it out, then 25 years later they gave me a new knee, Good luck with it, Ice it down and take something to help with the swelling, but hen again you know all that!!

    Oh and I was ready 15 years ago for the new knee, but they said I was too young to have it replaced!! they now are making them better and you can get more years out of them!!
