ok gang, I trust my buddy but he is selling a model 70 featherweight in 30-06 for $500. synthetic stock, scope rings but no scope. rifle in pretty good condition. what say INGO good deal or not.

it's basically this rifle minus the $180 scope.

It'd go for more if it was a heavy barrel. He's pry not too far off, I bet he'll have to take a little less to actually get rid of it though.

his gun prices are all over the place. this is the same buddy that sold me that STI deal I got for $400.

I am thinking about buying it. The only thing is I am not crazy about 30-06 if it were .308 I would be very interested.
