    took me a while.... laces. Yeah, i could see that they'd work pretty well. Could probably even get some shrink wrap for the ends if you wanted.

    I had one break this morning on my work boots and just quickly grabed some and cut it to length, used a match to melt the end together and it worked just fine. Will have to do the other boot when I get home so they match.

    What engine is in that Westside? Auto tranny or manual?
    small block chevy bored 60 over and sleeved. turbo 400 auto trans with 1200 rpm stall speed converter. makes about 450 at the rear wheel right now. will get a few more out of her when we finishes tuning it.

    My dad said is is to old and lazy to shift gears.
