Anyone know if that Gun Show at the Armory tomorrow is any good. Gonna be in town for the Deer Expo, wondered if the gun show was worth $12 (me & the wife).

Its not the 1500, but its not bad. I went last time. It is a lot smaller, but it'll be mostly guns. I guess it just depends what you're looking for

Well I need more AR Mags, a scope mount, sling and then just check out the tables.

Wow Westside, so up until now, what was the record for you and your wife being apart?

I think it's 6 days here. My wife had to drive to Tampa and get my her daughters stuff to move her back up after the daughters divorce.

Well I got ya all beat! it's been 22 months that my wife has been taking care of her Dad!! It is not fun anymore!! but I know it must be done! but it really sucks when there are two other sisters that can't be bothered with it!!

I hate that I like both pistol and trap. I can't afford to spend the money I want on both of them. And I don't have the time to invest to be proficient at both.

I bet one would help you get better at the other. I would think pistol would make you a better trap shooter because you have to have a smaller sight picture and a tad more precise.

I'm not saying trap is easier, but I think it's slightly more forgiving.

you can also shoot steel with a .22 pistol

not really because trap is a moving target mother nature has a big effect on the targets. you don't really aim a trap gun. action pistol the targets don't move you have to focus on quick sight acquisition.

yep my GSG is my new steel gun.
