Yeah, the writers had season 1 awesome, season 2, was still good, then in season 3 it started down the slippery slope that it never recovered from....

They ruined it. I would have watched 10 seasons of police brutality.

Yeah, they have a way of tending to do that... makes me wonder if writers see their ratings go up and then think we will watch anything they throw at us... it's nice to see them be proven wrong every great once in a while....

Yeah, I think you'll like Southland but, I'd try to look up season 1, 2 and what you've missed of season 3 before you try to watch the new episodes.... stuff actually carries over from week to week....
