Happy Father's Day to all the Paternally inclined out there.

Glad to hear Sam is improving. we will keep him in our prayers.

I was banished from the garage. I stooped down to pick up a dropped bolt under the truck and commented on uneven tire wear....might need to check tie rods. LOL! He just LOVES when I help in the garage. At the very least, I guess I better call my buddy, Lenny, for an alignment.

I'll let him finish tearing the motor apart and get it back together before I move on to other potential issues.

I guess I better go work on my shopping list. I refused to go to the store yesterday because I figured it would be extra busy since it is Father's Day weekend. Howeve,r wer are not completely out of canned cat food and that is not acceptable.

I don't know if I would be comfortable going up in that, but it does look cool. My great-uncle flew planes in WWII and was still flying at 90+ years of age....almost right up till he died. He had pictures of his old planes he owned over the years. He used to land them in the fields at the family farm.

It's a Ford Tri-motor, same model used in Indiana Jones.

Hello, everyone, just stopping in to say hello .....

Everyone seems to be busy today.

Hubby was happy with what he is finding in my suburban. He was hoping the valve seals were just dried out from sitting since it only has 83K on the odometer and that they weren't lying about the mileage on it. He says everything looks great...very clean inside, spark plugs look really clean, etc. Valve seals are very dry so replacing them should eliminate the blue smoke on start up. Replacing the head gaskets while he is playing with stuff under the hood.
