I was told during my last review - that I cant do that anymore .

Now if there doing stupid I'm suppose to pat them on the back and tell them how good they are and candy coat the stupidness

I have no problem telling some one their doing a great job if they are -- but on the other hand if your ****ing up - I'm going to say your ****ing up

the ones I like the most is the " I Know " ,you try to tell them and show them how to do something and they keep saying "I Know"

Usually this one gets a reply after hearing "I Know" to many times .... Usually goes like this --- "Well apparently you didn't know or I wouldn't be over here fixing your machine , now if you would shut the **** up and listen - I'm trying to help you and make your job easier and mine "
