it has put me on the edge at times to where you want to reach out and touch someone -- I have to keep telling my self - no no you cant do that

I usually hand the middle management interlopers a screw driver and tell them to fix it.

lol its not the fixing --- its the parts - getting the parts , finding them , order the damn thing . Problem is they took my boss's job and divided it to 3 other people , none which know anything about maintenance or where to get stuff . I have one that wants to be the top dog , he's like one of them characters that's jumping up and down pick me pick me , so he's got his nose in it ,, then the other guy who cant do his job and the part of maintenance they gave him , throw in the plant manager whos like dr jeckle and me hyde .

they need to just turn it all over to one person -- I don't care who - just do it .... when they made the split - each one has a little bit of information - wheres it needs to be all in one spot --one computer instead of 3 . you go to one person nd its oh I don't have that - so you go to the next one ,, like they took a the list of vendors and tore it into 3rds

yes very ***, they all have their original job plus this part - so if their busy doing their job they were hired for - you cant get a answer or anything ordered etc etc

they have been going around in circles this morning for 3 hours -- I have 2 rolls that need taken to a machine shop ... they still haven't figured out whos going to take them -- its 10 miles up the road .
