Sounds like some folks are eating well.

I used a new recipe for the tetrazzini. Could have used some added seasoning but it was okay.

I'll make soup with the rest of the chicken tomorrow. Still a lot of meat on the carcass.

Still haven't seen dinner, wife is dinking around in a store...

We do that with beer can chicken, cook two on the grill and then what's left makes a good soup.

Kroger fried chicken and biscuits were tasty.

Their roasted chicken is pretty good too. We can buy a big one and it will last about 3 days.

Might do Penn Station....the pizza sub is pretty good.

I found one last BIG chicken from the butcher in the freezer and roasted it in the oven Sunday. This was meal two off of it. Those things are like a small turkey.

When I was cooking dinner and looked out the kitchen window, I spotted a few deer filing out of the woods into the back yard....ended up with TWELVE!! I was so excited to see my girls coming back. I have seen a few small bucks on the cameras the last couple of nights too so maybe now that the hunters aren't out there stirring things up so much, my herd will return. Two of the ones I saw this evening were VERY small....late babies I guess, but very small for this late in the year.
