Yep

I don't know why, but the mildew/moss/fungus on the north side of the house was much harder to remove than last time 2 or 3 years ago. I had to wet everything good with a soap-bleach cleaner, then scrub it all with a stiff brush...

Last time my wet circular brush on a 6' pole cleaned it right off......No idea why it was harder...

Oh, yeah...down & locked. Trailer has a failsafe switch, wheels are locked with brakes unless bucket to sowed...

Cherry picker is $200 per day, but still much cheaper than paying someone to do it...
