    I don't mind it at my house, I have all my tools and equipment . . . . up there it is a pain in the ....

    I don't mind the routine stuff, I hate the high stuff though. My house is 2 1/2 stories and to do stuff like clean gutters and look for leaks, I need to rent a cherry picker.
    Plus, just the past few years I am having trouble with mildew on the north side of my house. First 5 years no problem, then had an outbreak 3 years ago.
    Washed the whole north wall with a soap & bleach mixture, killed it for 2 years, then came back this summer...:xmad:

    Sam, that sounds like no fun at all!

    It isn't. I am waiting until the 1st of the month and I'll rent the cherry picker again. By then all the leaves will be down??? I think it was $200 + tax the last time I rented it for a half day...I'll wash the north wall again then also, hope it won't be too cold...

    We had that on both houses. North wall. I see it a lot everywhere these days.
    Soap/bleach mix and a good brush.
