Hello guys. Last time I got a shot of any sort I felt horrible for about a week. That being said, I haven't really been sick since I stopped getting shots and stopped seeing the doctor. Sure I'll catch a little bug every once in a while, but in about 2 days I'm back to feeling normal.

Living with a damaged immune system I can not do the shots.

I feel like people may be doing more harm to their immune systems by going to the Dr all the time and using anti-bacterial everything. I get the need for some of the shots, and I will get them as needed only.
