I have eczema on my hands... the skin peels off and leaves raw patches. Gold Bond makes a good eczema lotion and also cetaphil. The Cetaphil is $17.99 a bottle, but it does help.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion is good. It's a bit greasy, but it helps. I'm also a huge fan of Dermasil at Dollar Tree. It's the best cheap lotion I've ever used. You can afford to bathe in it.

This is the stuff. Great lotion and unscented, unless you get the cocoa butter variety.

$1 for a good-sized tube at Dollar Tree. I've been using it for years.

Of course the usual, don't take hot showers, don't stay in long. If I am not stinky, don't shower ever day. Use Dove instead of Dial during winter...

I can't live with myself if I don't take a shower everyday. They say the key is to apply the lotion as soon as you get out of the shower. But, then I feel greasy when I put on my work clothes.
