It's a good news, it means the company is shipping another one.
It was supposed to be there in 5/7 days, it's been 8 weeks ... UPS can't locate it.
The last known location was in Paris so it crossed the pound, then it was never delivered.
Maybe customs got it but it's a long time for them to keep it.

Well it was a fancy flashlight not sold in France, maybe it was stolen.
