I just saw something a little strange...Guy was standing next to a pickup in a parking lot across the street from the BP. Had a large video camera on his shoulder and just stood there for 5 minutes filming traffic on the street going over the interstate overpass..

Was there for maybe 5 minutes, got back in his P/U and left.....

Nope, don't have any idea what he was doing, he just stood there and filmed traffic for 5 minutes.

It was a big camera like TV stations use. Might have needed background film for a segment??
