    Sounds like you have a plan. How long since the blower has ran?

    Last winter. I went to burn the gas out of it in the spring and it wouldn't start. Put fresh gas in it and it still won't start. I'm going to check the spark plug before I take it in. Hopefully that's it.

    I keep 2 cans on the shelf.
    When I get my genny's out for a warm up I spray a small amount in the breathers and they lite right off.
    2 cycles suck after they sit for a season so chain saws/blowers/weed eaters etc get fresh fuel and a spritze of starting fluid.

    If you got spark, try a short shot of starting fluid as you are turning it over.

    Was hoping it was going to be somewhat busy today. Not a whole lot going on it seems.
    Lazy day all around me.

    This was the end of winter/beginning of spring that it wouldn't start, so it hadn't sat around for a long time.

    If its stored in a small metal shed, the magneto may need buffed with some fine grit emory cloth.

    I dont think he'd like that very much.
